About the journal
Dhanamanjuri Journal of Business and Allied Research is an International Peer Reviewed Journal published annually by the School of Business Studies, Dhanamanjuri University, Imphal. The medium of journal is English and published for the first time on December, 2025.
The journal aims to provide a dynamic platform of quality research work and delivery of research impacting to a large audience through fair publications and standard norms. It primarily focuses on the publication of new, bonafide and contemporary research papers, articles, case studies in the field of Commerce, Management, Economic, Trade, IT, Education and other relevant field giving utmost importance on recent developments in business studies and the allied areas. The purpose of the journal is to further serve the scholars, practitioners and students by providing a platform for sharing knowledge, promoting research and providing insights into the business environment and emerging allied areas of knowledge.
The journal publishes articles, research papers, abstracts of doctoral dissertations, contents of articles published in different journals, book reviews, abstracts of books recently published, extensive bibliography on any of the areas related to business and relevant issues on Indian economy.
The articles and research papers should make a positive contribution towards theoretical knowledge in the areas of business and industry or alternatively should have practical bias towards business and allied studies.
Manuscripts shall be evaluated solely on their intellectual merit without regard to authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy, by the Editorial Board and further send for double-blind peer review.
The views and ideas, opinion expressed in the articles/research papers are expressed by the author(s), and do not reflect the views of the Editorial Board and Institute.
The Editor reserves the right to trim and perform necessary modifications/correction of article/research paper to suit the journal’s requirements.
The Editor reserves the right to accept or refuse an article/research paper for publication, without assigning any reason(s).

Notes for Contributors
The Journal is published with the aim of providing well conceptualized and scholarly perspective to cover all types of empirical and conceptual research of issues relevant to business and allied studies.All articles in the journal are published in English, typed double-spaced with 1 inch margin on all sides using Times New Roman 12 in MS word preferably in A4 size Paper with a word limit of 5000 to 6000 words (approx.) including abstract, tables, graphs, figures, and notes. Lengthy articles may also be considered. The full title, author(s) including affiliation, correspondence and e-mail address, abstract (not exceeding 250 words), key words (not exceeding six) and acknowledgements, if any should be clearly specified in the first page of the paper. The contributors should ensure that they are not infringing copyright. Submission of a manuscript implies that it contains unpublished original work and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should be submitted through online mode only.
References must be cited in unnumbered alphabetical order. APA standard latest edition should be strictly followed.

Tables/Figures in Text
Each table/graph/figure should be marked in the text in numerical order with suitable caption and source. Tables should contain a brief descriptive title and short column headings. Important details should be footnoted under each table. Each figure should have an accompanying legend containing descriptive and important details. In the text, all illustrations, charts and maps should be referred to as figures.
